Salary Survey is a tool used to determine the median or average compensation paid to employees in one or more jobs. Compensation data, collected from several employers, is analyzed to develop an understanding of the amount of compensation paid. Survey may focus on one or more job titles, geographic regions, employer size, and or industries.

Salary Survey will be conducted by SIMS for CLIENT. Survey will include relevant industrial sector. (Companies those are similar to CLIENT in-terms of number of employees, business category). The required information for survey will be only Gross salary and will not cover other employee benefits like incentives, bonus etc. ( as per the compensation & benefits survey report for Auto sector in respective country )

Consultant will use primary data & secondary data for Salary Survey. PRIMARY DATA: Data collected directly from companies / organizations SECONDARY DATA: Data collected from Recruitment agencies / past experiences / previous survey etc.

Survey will cover at most 80% of all CLIENT job categories for required experience and education.
